Shipping and return policies for Nervegas

Shipping Info

We strive to pack and ship orders within maximum 3 days after received payment.

We will notify you when your order has been shipped.

Delivery time will depend on the destination, but we will inform you about the estimated arrival date, based on info from the postal service provider.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all unused/unwean products, from the moment you received the item.

Buyer is responsible for repacking and sending back the return order, and pays for the return shipping.

We will transfer back the original payment for the order and shipping, as soon as we receive documentation on email, that the return order has been sent back.

If you wish to exchange an order, due to an order of the wrong size or model, the same conditions apply as with a return order. In this case, you need to place a new order for the replacement product, and pay for the shipping and product as a normal order, and we will refund the money for the original order, minus shipping, as soon at the original has been proven shipped back (see above for details)

If a received item is damaged or broken, we will sent a new item, free of charge. In this case, get in touch via email, and we will solve the problem as fast as possible.

In case you recieve a wrong item (different from the one you ordered), please get in touch as fast as possible, and we will sent you the right item, and pay for the return shipping of the wrong item.
